SierraCRM has provided us with both the Process Manager SugarCRM Workflow tool plus professional services to develop some custom code. We have created all our own custom modules within SugarCRM and found the basic internal workflow insufficient to meet our needs. After reviewing various other workflow tools we chose Process Manger as our solution. The SierraCRM team have both the product and the expertise that helped us effectively automate some very specific needs in our modules.
The two things that impressed me the most are the ease to install and configure the Process Manager product and the ability of the professional services team to understand our custom modules and provide correctly working custom code as quickly as they did.
If anyone is looking to automate processing within the SugarCRM solution especially in custom modules then you must consider SierraCRM and their Process Manager product.
