SierraCRM Process Manager Support
SierraCRM offers the following support for Process Manager
- Any bugs related to the product are reviewed after you as a customer report the issue to us.
- We ask that you export the process if using the On Premise version of Process Manager and send to us.
- If using the On Demand version of Process Manager, you will send a document to us with screen shots of the process.
- Let us know what is not working with the process.
- If we find an issue (bug) with the product we will fix and return a patch to you.
- If we find that there are no issues with Process Manager but that the process you built is incorrect, we will let you know.
- We do not build processes for customers.
- We do not offer any consulting services for SugarCRM or SuiteCRM
