Your company knows best how to turn a lead into a paying customer. What happens when a new Lead arrives from your website in which the customer does not use email? This still happens as many of our elderly generation do not like email. They still prefer to be contacted via phone. In those cases in which you receive new leads without an email, a Sugar Call should be created and assigned to the owner of the Lead. This call should include the name of the Lead in the Subject and have a Start Date that is dynamically set to be that day or maybe the day after.
