    Hello !
    Everything looks good – valid license and process manager shows in sheduler but
    nothing worked 🙁

    Hello Andrejs,
    Go to the Admin-Scheduler. Open the runprocessmanager job.
    Do you see any entries in the Job Log? If not, then you need to setup your cron job if using Linux, or Windows Task Manager. After you do this, you should see entries in the job log and Process Manager will be running in the background.

    The process began to work, but I could not create a new case.
    (I use option: Create New Record By Field)
    Suitecrm.log is empty.
    How can I find where is the problem ?
