Routing Manager
Routing Manager from SierraCRM, Inc. extends the capabilities of SugarCRM by enabling a powerful Routing engine to automatically route new or modified objects to specific users. This automatic Routing engine can be setup to route objects directly to users or via a round robin distribution scenario. For example, you can setup a Routing Rule to route all new leads from California to a specific logged in user. Alternatively, you can setup a Routing rule equally distributing all new cases to all users who are members of the Support Role.
