- Send the Lead, Contact or Account an Email
- Schedule a Call - Build Call Lists and assign to the owner of the Lead, Contact or Account. Or assign the call to user of your Sugar instance
- Create a Sugar tasks for the Lead, Contact or Account and assign to the owner or assign to any user.
Features
- The Campaign- Define the actual campaign. Will it run monthly, daily, or some other time in the future?
- The Campaign Query- This query engine determines what you will query in your system: Leads, Contacts, Accounts, Cases, or Opportunities. This creates the prospect list.
- The Campaign Action- The Action will send the e-mail, schedule the call, schedule a task or call custom PHP code.
