Your instructor will be Bill Convis , a former employee of Clarify from 1996-1998. Bill has been contracting to Amdocs since 1998 both as an implementation expert and as a classroom instructor.
Our training is conducted at your customer site. Amdocs training requires you to travel to San Jose, Chicago or Boston.
